Can anyone confirm that vcast + a few tweaks of a verizon phone's hidden service menu can get you free evdo bluetooth DUN?

Someone who's had success for several months would be great! I don't mind a little risk, but I want to avoid certain failure if I can help it.

yup- that's what i'm currently doing. works great on the road, i've been pairing my LG Dare to the n810 and streaming 'net radio to my car.
Now, mind you, i am on a standard voice plan + the 15.00/month vcast. So i get unlimited data to the phone, but i made two tweeks to the phones firmware to enable data tethering via bluetooth.
My current contract is up and i've been considering a change of carriers, but no one can beat this setup!
I've had no surprises or billing issues concerning data usage with verizon yet and i've been keeping track for THREE years now. so far, i've used this via four phones - moto v710, moto e815, moto Vmaxx, and my current LG Dare (EVDO rev. A kicks butt!!).
I say do it! but cover your ***** and check your bill online for data usage periodically.
