How do you make two separate partitions on the microSDHC card?

I succeeded partition it with pb, thank you guys.
I bought a 8G microSD card with a miniSD adapter, and I partitioned it as following:
1,1500,c
1501,,
the first partition is Fat32(LBA), which is 480MB, and the left is Linux native parition(83).
I mke2fs the /dev/mmcblk1p2, and try to mount it, but Failed.
it just says:
mount: mounting /dev/mmcblk1p3 on sd failed
What's wrong? Thanks.
