Sorry not sure about info on the parts for a Nokia 770 but do have some info for the N800 and N810. Good luck with whatever you end up doing. BTW be on lookout for 2D barcodes might yield some info.

Background, bought a 770 on ebay, had it less than 12hrs when it WSoD'd on me. After reading several post here and abroad, I gave up on resurrecting the thing and began gutting it for the parts.
