Does anyone in Nokia outside Maemo devices knows about Maemo?
When I was still considering the tablet, I went to some dept. stores near my home to see if I could play with it there. There's a semi-official Nokia store there.
"The N eight hundred what? No, we don't have that phone yet." (aka standard response when they have no freaking idea what I'm talking about)
This was in February.

lol. The funny part I got a kick out of was that I live in farm country, so there's a lot of "good old boys" around here, and the number of people who actually knew what the n810 was on sight surprised me. I walked into the local phone store, whipped it out, and had at least 3 people identified it right away, and this was in a Nextel store.

So in other words, this is bad journalism once again. Lovely. The way these guys are going, loosing a few more newspapers won't be such a bad thing. At least we'll be sure that most of the people who remain will actually have a head between their ears.
