I uploaded Pocket Sphinx to extras-devel a while back, iirc it still needed some tweaking, but try a search for that on the forum and see what you turn up.
This isn't a finished solution mind you, you'll have to do some coding to produce a ui, etc.

In that case probably not, unless you're happy for the text to come out on the command line, sorry.
I am looking for a Voice Recognition/Voice to text application for the n900. Dragon Mobile Apps only supports the iphone currently.
Can anyone help? I did run a forum search but found nothing relevant.
