Is there any way to record a video on your N810 of what you are doing/showing?
I'm looking to capture just about 30 secs of activity.

Do you mean via the camera, or record what's happening on the screen, sometimes called a screencast?

recording what is happening on the screen.
i dont have a camera with video capabilities, otherwise id juat use that

You might try x11vnc plus the screen recording software of your choice on a desktop or notebook.
