Ok if you don't use Adium on a Mac, there is no need for you to read any further. ;-)

I use Adium and I don't like the idea to have multiple devices with different messenger clients, giving an unknown company my ICQ/MSN/Jabber... passwords, of to have to think about how to sync all my chat logs.

So what I did a while ago was to write some scripts to allow my to control my Adium from my iPod Touch.
The whole project was put on hold because of some problems with the way how Adium handle some actions in case of receiving messages (actually something that I filed as Adium bug already).

Anyway... I'm thinking of making this whole stuff compatible to the N900 as well, but before I start to invest more time with this idea... i would like to know if i'm the only one who is interested.

an alternative option could be to think about a way to sync the logs from the N900 to Adium.
