what zip- format is it?
and you can install it by searching the .deb with filemanager and tapping it.

You can install it using the application manager. I did. You may need to add the necessary repositories though.

use the application manager or faster application manager if u have it installed. make sure you have extras, extras-testing and extras-devel repos enabled. install icedtea and microemulator. i think that will do you good.
