I was playing with my nephew today and was trying to teach him his alphabets with one of those leap frog things. In my opinion it was pretty sucky. So i got to thinking about a flash card app. Show the child sees the letter and a picture of an apple kid says what it is. Press on the screen a is for apple to confirm it. Then i thought it would be cool having that type of app being a nursing student. Get a question about a part of the body. Press on the screen get a multiple choice. Select the correct answer get a image of that part.

really though, i think you have a great idea on this flash card deal.

checked it out. since i dont have a tablet yet really cant get a feel 4 the functionality. but there seems to be a little too much distracting you from the app. maybe a more simplified ui . portrait mode would be great. the other icons could appear when you press on a certain area so not as to distract from the current task. better images wouldnt hurt. correct me if im wrong on anything.

oh and get it on the n900.

thanks this is great. the customisation option is pretty awesome.

some of the educational stuff you see online you can save swf or whatever the actual flash file is and run it from a local file in the browser.
I have done this before for some online educational games
