The Following User Says Thank You to shanttu For This Useful Post: | ||
- which method do you use to sync the pictures taken with your N900 to a Linux PC?
It'd be awesome to do that via WLAN.
My friend has this set up with an Android phone, his Windoze PC and Outlook (not for pics, but calendar and contacts). With the syn software running on the PC, it's only a button tap on the phone to sync with Outlook on the PC.
- Do you use a cloud service for storing/sharing them? Which one/how?
I'd love to have something like in Android ICS, which automatically uploads new photos to Google Drive. On Symbian Belle phones, this works since recently with Skydrive.
With a cloud client locally installed, that would actually eliminate the need to manually sync with the PC.
I use Dropbox, so that would be an option.
Thanks, Ben
