I have an idea for an aplication for maemo 5 / n900, its not realy something for ppl who know there way arround under the hood or the device but i think it may be good for end users.

My idea is for a maemo 5 customiseation app which can be used to individually change elements of the ui without having to change an entire theme. For example the app could provide a list of installed apps (including default ones) and the user can change each of there icons individually for ico or png files they have placed in there library.
Also options to change other things such as; the menu layout, default system sounds, boot vidieo, system tray icons and other individual elements of themes such as coulour schemes etc.

This is just an idea its something id love to have because although im trying to learn, i dont know my way round linux well enough to change these things yet.

As im a complete novice at programing i am basically putting out tenders to see if there is any one who is interested in creating this app, i am more than willing to test and offer idaes and feedback but i just cant write code.
