Hmm, does it happen on cellular or wifi or both? Do you use a proxy normally?

I'm not trying to connect through a proxy. I am using my normal T-Mobile Internet. It happens for cellular. The thing is these are the only catalogs that will not update.

got the same problem, proxy connect aborted for nokia repos, so no ota update for me i guess? or are servers just in heavy use?

try to use apt-get update from root to see the more detail program (i can't connect to firefox repo for example because of wrong PUBLIC_KEY)
have you tried to delete and re-add the repos again? and can you provide the full repos details (how they are added? )
