Idea: Personalized active topics.

- Filter out topics: By Category
- Filter out low-rated threads
- Only show threads I've posted in?
- Filter out threads i mark as 'uninteresting'

Perhaps there are other ways to... you know.

Yes, please, any or all of these. Please allow ways to increase the signal to noise ratio on an individual basis.
