Hello,

I'm new to this so please bare with me. I have a few bugs and questions:

Bugs:
1. Maps, can't save current location
2. Divx movies are a bit choppy
3. Cannot send blank SMS
4. SIP sessions time out: you can call, but you can't receive if your phone has been connected to a SIP account for about 30 minutes or so (but you can immediately).
5. Obviously, battery life

Questions:
1. Will the N900 be able to upgrade to Maemo 6?
2. When is the next firmware upgrade planned and what bugs are planned/expected to be fixed?
3. Will this phone ever be useable? £500 is a lot.

Hmmm? What does that mean? When I restart Maps it goes back to the place on the map where I closed it. (Might be though that this does not work yet in the public version as I run a newer non-public one currently.)

See https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5409 . Feel free to vote for it by clicking "Vote for this bug". No comments needed.

Battery life is not a bug. If there was no battery life you'd always have to plug it in. Quite uncomfortable. ;-)

Please search this forum, it has been discussed before.

Query bugs.maemo.org for Target Milestone set to "5.0+". Nokia does not announce release dates in advance, but at the Maemo Summit, Portrait mode for Browser was announced "for Christmas".
