This has been discussed lately. Please search.
In short: the emulator was available in the repository and at http://maemo.org/downloads/. Nintendo decided they have a problem with that, and until the situation clears, the emus have been taken down

Yea they discussed but i still don't understand why it doesn't work because it ask for a "super user privilege" when you try to run the deb file which someone suggest using sudo whateveerr and it's still not working. Nobody is able to help or answer the question.

So i STILL do not know how it work.

For those familiar with the terminal...help appreciated.

If you actually read advices you'd understand that it's not "sudo whateveerr" but "sudo gainroot" after installing rootsh.
But I'm repeating myself - you ignore help and then complain about people not helping you...
And the "super user privilege" is the absolute standard procedure on any linux system. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superuser

Install rootsh from Extras (maemo.org application catalogue that is enabled by default in the Application Manager) and type "sudo gainroot". Note though that this will provide administrator permissions. It makes it way easier to break your device, or in short "make sure you know what you're doing". :-)
