Is there a one-click universal launcher for the homepage, that would fire up applications or bookmarks or documents, and would present them with pickable or custom icons and labels in a configurable grid?

Or do I have to write one?

write one and make it available in time for christmas - sounds like the thing for the 770 I've been wanting all year!

That would great, and if you could opttionally set the transparecy, that would be even greater!

There is a very recent thread somewhere around here where we discussed how such a beast could/should work, and even some mock-up pictures. Feel free to implement these :-)
