Pulled it out this morning to check something. Was turned off. Tried to turn it on with no response. Put it on the charger for an hour. Still will not turn on.
I happen to have a Nokia E62 that uses the same battery. Turned off my phone and swapped batteries. 770 still won't boot with a fully charged battery.
When I plug it in I get the "charging" word and icon but no response from the power button. I can sometimes get the initial boot screen to come up for half a second but it never goes any further.
Any suggestions before I contact Nokia tech support?
