What happens exactly when you try? Ovi Maps has been updated with the new firmware revision (and is a lot better, too.)
You probably have, but just in case, have you tried rebooting your device? I had a couple of odd bits and bobs directly after the firmware update that were fixed after the first reboot after update.

Yes ,i have.
the situation is that when i click the Ovi Map ,it stopped at the loading screen.It also did not alert the listbox which ask me to choose an internet connection like before when the connection is unavailable.It is just loading all along and no response.

i can not launch the ovi map software.
is it a bug?
