I'm currently watching streamed tv through my phone using orb and the tv out - brilliant!

However, if I want to change channel I have to get up and do it - no bluetooth keyboard support

If I want to change application I have to do it through the touchscreen interface - no mouse / cursor support




I think this phone has the potential to be a media centre esque pc iif support of bluetooth HID (including mice) and the ability to turn on a cursor throughout the system was implemented.

Is any of this functionality planned to be developed or would it require a new community project?

I found that some keyboard shortcut functionality has already been implemented, this would integrate very well with this idea I think...
