How can I automatically execute a script (or a program) when the phone receives a call?

I'm thinking about a simple python script that queries the number of the caller from a database.

simply search next time , usually most common questions would already be answered/discussed int he forums

ofcourse you can start any thread , but it saves your time and others if you dont duplicate queries/responses
and perhaps you will have your answer faster than expecting a response
