I use this one which came with my 16gb card almost two years ago and still works.
Got it attached to a USB drive so it won't get lost.

Was a very reasonable device and has been very handy. In fact I now have a 2nd Micro SD in the adapter an use that as a spare flash drive which i can always mount into my N900 if needed. A very handy bit of kit which can be attached to your keyring or security Lanyard
