Here's the bug:
Having a "-" dash in an imported phone number makes the number inaccessible to delete or edit.
What I did to make this happen:
1. Import SIM card contacts, which had "-" dash in the phone number, i.e. 800-555-1212
2. Merge the contact with an existing contact which has the same phone number in one of the phone entries, but without a "-" dash
3. Open the newly merged contact. You'll see the phone number with the "-" dash
4. Now, edit the contact. You can't access the phone number with the "-" dash, it doesn't appear, you can't delete it.
If you try and dial the phone number with the "-" dash, it will dial, but it does not get associated with a contact. It's kind of in this pseudo-related mode with the contact, but it's still isolated and hidden and inaccessible to edit.
