Nice Draw is a new app in Ovi store (1 Eur) which allows to trace a foto. Does its job

Looks cool, and is cheap. Maybe someone could do a demo video so that you can see how good it works in reality though?

You guys could try mypaint too. With layers you can import photos and trace them too. Though it's more complicated, it is free.
