The new phone was great, had it for 2 days, seemed slightly snappier than my old one, probably because my other one was completely customized top to bottom, and full of all sorts of apps and data(only 7gigs free). Anyway, after changing the background on my replacement to something darker I noticed 1 or more stuck pixels near the top center of the screen. After seeing this I closely inspected the phone I noticed that the Querty Cover Assembly(the rim around the keyboard) sticks up slightly at the bottom like one of the clasps aren't fastened. Called Nokia, again they took care of shipping, and my replacement phone was sent in for repair today.
All in all Nokia's customer service has been fast and great, however I am getting a little disheartened as I want my $600 investment to be perfect and this is frustrating. I love my n900 and I wouldn't trade it for anything else. I'm too used to having a PC in my pocket...
Anyone else have a similar story?
