Its called add extra decoders After installing, it did wat it was suppose to but at a huge price rending my camera and video camera inoperable. After trial and error to find out what was wrong with it i narrowed it down to this app being the sole problem. Just letting people know so they dont have to find out the hard way like i did

try to install it again and look if it's working now.
there can always be a problem during installation which causes some sort of misfunction.
edit: don't blame the app. for most of us around here it's working perfectly.

No problems here, try rebooting your device after you install it

The package gets a lot of credit in the forum, and it is just.

I've had the package for a long time with no problems until I installed Subtitles Support. Apparently this combinations causes some problems.

I too experienced a lot of problems with playback of music and videos, and it killed my videorecording capabilities.

I had to reflash, and it was a bummer. But I still think, that Extras Decoder is a good package, just to let people know, that they shouldn't stay completely clear of this package.
