Hi all,

When I miss a call, the call register is corrupt and after that no calls are registered, also previous call list become empty.
This used to happen after several missed calls but now 1 missed call is enough.
FYI: I use stock kernel, CSSU, MyContacts, Extended Call Log, calnotify,
The only remedy is rebooting the phone.
Can someone tell what causes this problem? or at least, to stop and restart phone application without booting phone?

try uninstalling the extended call log and reboot and then install it again and reboot. there has been this bug issue with Extended call log .

This reminds me of the numerous people who have similar problems with their SMS/chat messages in the Conversations app. I suspect call logs, just like the Conversations, are stored in an sqlite3 database somewhere.

If Nokia's implementation screws up the convo storing under some odd circumstances, it would make sense that every once in a while, same would happen to the phone logs.
