Hi,
how can i access the GPS receiver? I only want the cooardinates.

You can't simply get the coordinates, you have to use third party apps like GPS Jinny or Location Test.

Here is GPSJinny link, it's in Extras:

you can use DBUS commands in terminal - but would need to search the forums for that - works fine. or there are a few apps that will do it for you as mentioned above.

Just download healthcheck it tells you your position in an instant. plus loads of other things.

Hehe - new version with bugtracker will be in extras-testing by the weekend - current one will work for you though, and provide a readout
