oooo thats not good.... tried flashing it? could possibly be hardware issue, my suggestion take it to nokia

Nah it look like a software issue i guess. Try reflash the Device

I just hope it is a Software issue as I bought it when I was in US and now I am in Uk.

This is some one else screen shot but my phone behaved similar I mean the graphics any thing wrong or just software issue.
