you might need to download the mce-dev
and location-dev packages, make sure you have the nokia binaries path in your apt/sources.list

I have already download the mce-dev and it's work OK .
but the problem ween I download the "iblocation" ween I type this commend on the terminal
Code:
root@khalid-desktop:~# apt-get install liblocation-dev
this message appears
Code:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
liblocation-dev: Depends: liblocation0 (= 0.100-1+0m5) but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages
