Hi all,

I have a dual MSISDN SIM card, where the active number is activated by entering the correct SIM pin. You can switch your mobile number by entering the pin of the second number.

On the rest of mobiles I have used before there was a menu of the SIM Toolkit. Please see:

So I tried invoking two options:

1) with dbus:

$ dbus-send --print-reply --system --dest=com.nokia.icd_ui /com/nokia/icd_ui icd_ui.sim_pin string:1111 boolean:false

This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library.

maemo-summoner /usr/bin/startup-pin-query.launch

Has anyone found a solution, or any idea on how to rerequest the pin of the phone?

Dirty hack found

sudo /sbin/initctl stop sscd
sudo /sbin/initctl start sscd
