i believe i saw a thread regarding this thread's title, but cant seem to find it now.

i just newly reflashed my device, also reformat the memory card and the 32gb hard drive.

after transfering all my files back to my device, it seems like it cant read any media.

"no songs", "no videos" and "no images" always pop out when i try to browse them by media player and photos app.

i also tried rebooting coz it always retrieve media for a couple of minutes, but still no luck.

please advise or direct me to the right thread.

idk what thread are you talking about

but the "tracker" is what index your songs, movies and photos.

try installing trackercfg from extras-devel (be careful!) and play with it a bit

it has an "restart and rebuild index" that does a good job
