Here's a nice way to share your links to various social networks. Sure, you can use several apps (like the nice Mauku app) to post your tweets, but what if you want to link the URL of a site you're currently browsing on your N900?

First, make a bit.ly account if you don't already have one.

Then visit: http://bit.ly/pages/tools/sidebar/

Scroll down and you'll see "Drag this to your browser toolbar to get started: bit.ly Sidebar"

Copy the link.

Open a new browser window (either by pressing Ctrl+N or by clicking on the MicroB menu icon/desktop shortcut)

Paste the link.

Click the + to add it to bookmarks. Name the bookmark "bit.ly sidebar" or whatever you want to call it.

And, you're set! Now, all you need to do to share the url of the site you're visiting is to open the bookmark (while you still have the site open). Instead of opening a new window, it will pop-up the Bit.ly sidebar on your current site and you can easily tap share to copy the URL to twitter, gmail, Facebook, etc.

All thanks to the powerful MicroB browser which works like the real thing! And remember, if you connect your twitter with other services (I have it linked to Google Buzz and Facebook) it will automaticaly share your links everywhere.
