the correct command would be "apt-get -f install"

which apps (for example) fail because of this?

EDIT: apt-get install may fails because you haven't activated the needed repository.

mhm... the packages should be in extras o.O

maybe you want to download the deb-files and install it via "dpkg -i $packagename.deb"

there you can find your packages:
http://maemo.org/packages/

just search for "libqt4-maemo5" and all the packages will be listed. then click until you can download the .deb-file.

mhm....
try to disable devel and testing repos...
("sudo gainroot")
then "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade"...
try again to install the packages you want.

if that didn't help:
try to "apt-get install $packagename"
if you don't know the exact name you can (for example) "apt-cache search *qtrapid*"
repeat this with all missing packages

this wont work you need git20100224 the list on maemo provides git20100212.

More and more programs who updated for the PR1.2 arent working anymore.

How much longer do we have to wait?

Isnt there a way to install the non release version of libqt4 git20100224 form somewhere?

i agree all this waiting and now nearly every app updated we cannot update due to pr 1.2 being delayed!!

Come on Nokia there is no need for the hold-up.. they should have held back the new requirements if they weren't ready for public release!
