using the flash blocker (not the ad/pop up blocker) on the n900, I've of course run into websites that I don't want the flash blocked and thus need to occasionally disable. BUT as far as I can tell, there does not seem a way to temporarily disable the flash blocker app. And I have to actually uninstall the app. I don't see anything in the web browser add-ons to disable (like the pop up blocker has) and nothing in any other settings. Surely, this can't be right. please advise on what I should do to be able to do some kind of temporary disable for this app--and keep in mind I'm a noob.

In order to display any flash element you need to click on it.
E.g. go to Youtube, click where it says something like "Flash blocked", the video will then load.

If that's not what you mean, let us know.

moscatomg1 - I understand what you mean.

You should contact the app creator and raise your point as an enhancement request.

ok. yeah, I've tried to comment on the page for adflashblock pages, but Maemo isn't allowing it, even when I register for "garage." oh well.

The flashblock solutions I've seen for MicroB are dirty hacks. They basically load a page from some dude's website, and then that page loads the original flash object when clicked. So if that website goes down your flashblock is broken.

Yes... I am flash developer but I cannot live without flash blocker on MicroB.
And I agree.. sometimes when heavy website is slowing down machine, flash blocker act to late and I can see flash content running for a while.
