Hi
Is there anyone who have the problem to setup Yahoo!Mail on Nokia N900?
I have no problem with Gmail and Hotmail. But I can not setup Yahoo!Mail on my N900. I have tried 3 different yahoo mails, and it always showed that: "username or password incorrect". Anyone have the same problem, please help.

Try it via 3G but not WiFi. I have the same problem via WiFi but it still works via 3G (sometime fails).

I debugged it short and it seems that message exchange race condition takes toll. Different delays in WiFi and 3G help me run via 3G.

Absolutely, especially if you have flashed your device (the eMMC), in which case Nokia Messaging doesn't seem to be fully available even with 3G.

There is a way to solve it, which I did -- pay $20 a year for the pay version of Yahoo Mail. Then it works fine.

well it's not hard make that N900 deal with the yahoo mail account.. even when we don't have a plus Yahoo service .. for me a normal email of YM work perfect with the N900 application.. and was so easy the configuration in the N900
