I'm going to have a couple of weeks coming up with very little scheduled and thought it would be fun to learn something new. Queue: Web App creation.
If there is anyone here that know about how to go about creating web apps that would eventually display/work well on NITs I'd greatly appreciate tips about;
- Tools to use (the easier/simpler/fewer the better),
- If there are any free hosting sites out there (if/when I develop something I want to see how well it works/looks/how fun it is before plunking down money for a domain), and
If there are certain 'heads-up' I should think of before trying it out.
Last time I programmed was..hmm...1997.
I've read up some at http://mobiforge.com/Starting which seem like an interesting place but comes across as a bit deserted.
