I have a D-Link router and my wireless network at home uses WPA2 with preshared key. I defined my access point in the internet connection but when i try to go on browsing, phone keeps on asking for a WEP key.

What i notice is that after i choose the available WLAN, it will ask for a WEP key and not a pre-shared key so i tried to edit the AP and change the security mode to WPA pre-shared key but still the same issue.

Any idea?

You've to manually configure the access point, when it says scan for wi-fi networks, select "no" and enter the connection details including the WPA key

I already tried and even go on the "advance" button to go on others and check the WPA 2 only mode
