A couple of hours ago I updated my nokia n900 to the latest firmware and then i used my backup to get things (apps,...) back. But now I can't send any sms's :s I receive them but when I send one, it sais it failed :s

I already tried to use my backup again and turn the phone off and on, but it doesn't help.



Please help?

do this

open a xterm window


root
apt-get remove rtcom-messaging-ui*
apt-get install rtcom-messaging-ui*
apt-get -f install
apt-get purge
apt-get autoremove
halt


good luck! i resolved doing this!!

Alternatively, if you still have your backup, open xterm and just do rm -rf .rtcom-eventlogger to clear the corrupt database and then do a restore as normal.
