As far as I know, you will encounter problems when you use the terminal apt-get. Using the App manager is recommended.

Recently I've been getting rather annoyed with the responsiveness of Application Manager and have just been doing things from the command line like I've been used to on my linux boxes.
I think i prefer to see the status of the individual requests of the apt-get update rather than watching a progress bar creep across (or not depending on reception heh).
Now this is perfectly fine for extras* and the other repositories I've added but question is, does application manager do anything special/different for the nokia repositories that anyone knows about? for example is it possible to apt-get upgrade a OTA update?
It might just me being paranoid, but i'd hate to get into dependency hell by not having all the information.
Just looking for a bit of insight into nokia's quirks regarding the repository i guess...
