Nothing log is empty , I've disabled all except Nokia System Software but now its not refreshing either...root is fine about 70mb is available

no changes on my end here either, i suggest you keep the NSS updates available.
And as far as the catalogue errors go, go into the catalogues and scroll right down if you get that error again... and see what the error in red is

OK the problem was with my stupid ASUS router , I had to reset it and now update works again
