I have installed bootscreen manager and it works but
when I try to delete the shaking hands video, so only my new one plays it won't let me

Please help

I want only my new video to play when my phone boots up

I can't answer that question, but I downloaded 'powatool' which does remove the "nokia hands" video. Also, after removal, it's not visible in boot screen manager either.

You just have to de-select the Hands-v32-h264.avi -file in the manager and then it shouldn't play at the start anymore.
