Paramiko I don't know, but python-crypto is very simple:
apt-get install python-crypto (as root in the terminal)
Or let the app that requires install it (as a dependency).

I searched in the App Manager, but couldn't find it.
Now I know that I have to search through the packages in terminal.
A short guide, of how to deploy Python - Modules in general on the N900 might be enough, too.
