first of all,i'll mention that I never bought anything on ebay nor sold anything,but,there is always the first time,
so,any suggestions??

1. Is it safe to use my gmail account on paypal??
2. do I need to sign twice,once as a seller and once as a buyer???

2. No, it's the same account for both.

I only buy things from eBay, but they have help sections if you want to start selling, IIRC
