hiyas just wondering if there is any news on a twitter client for the n900 at all yet i have been using tweego however doesnt give a desktop client at all with constant updates. i know nokia released one but then pulled it from ovi...

It was pulled off because of a nasty habit of eating 100% CPU from time to time and ending the battery in several hours

and the Nokia app was only a widget.. It wasnīt a complete application either.

mauku is available and updates automatically. pretty basic app though in terms of what features it offers for twitter.

gravity also costs imho that sorta defeats the object of opting for a open source phone if your then gonna purchase apps. surely the benefit is to cut costs and make creating apps easier to devlopers no?

that said i agree gravity is the best twitter client haha

Yeah, but since we donīt have a real twitter client, Iīm willing to pay for it.

so what you carry two phone around siomply cause gravity is dedicated twitter cleint sooner just use the web browser on the n900. or am i not seeing some benefits of doin it the way you are?

Iīm a heavy user in the twitter world...

Only Gravity can supply all my needs at this moment.

I need to be warned when someone send me a tweet. I need to post geolocation, I need to see twitter all the time.. I use auto-refresh,I like to open picures posted by other people without need to use the browser...

this would be great, the n900 is powerful enough ..... me waits for new meego phone then from nokia
