I have not read it anywhere but does the N800 support A2DP?

Not supported. Would be a nice addition IMO

No BT headset support of any kind. It looks like they are slowly moving in that direction though. I am sure there are a couple of RFEs in the Maemo bugzilla if you want to vote for them.
See https://maemo.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=667
and https://maemo.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=474

Considering this is supposed to be a media device (as well). A2DP is a must. Thanks for the replies guys (did not try to rhyme)

I bought a bluetooth headset that has its own transponder that you plug into the headset jack. Works fine as a substitute for A2DP

Nice. You got a brand? I bought one for my iPods from Jabra.

I would assume that it doesn't handle the weird connector on the N800 that allows mic input?
What is the model that you bought?

Logitech..not sure of the model # though, but I think they only have one product in that line. Definitely doesn't handle the mic..just for listening. To use with the mic then the N800 needs to be close. Until Skype comes out, I guess that's not much of an issue unless you're using Gizmo

I am ... it works quite well. I prefer it over Skype anyways but I have both installed on my desktop PC.

This doesn't look too bad.
