Hi!
I am using Syncevolution 1.0 on my N900 to sync with the Horde Framework.
The connection is SSL secured, the certificate is signed by cacert.org.
The root ca has been installed for all services, but it cannot be verfiied.
As a (not acceptable) workaround I disabled the server ca verification
temporarely. Now syncing fails because of an unexpected slow-sync.
What can I do? I don't want to do a slow-sync every time.

Use:
# syncevolution --configure Mobical
# cd /home/user/.config/syncevolution/
Then look at the configure.ini
There are all options in the comment, e.g. too ignore if a certificate is valide. In the folders for contacts, calendar, etc. you have also config.ini.
Somewhere you will find also the options about slow-sync. Use the mobical templates to update your own configuration. That is what I did for syncing with egroupware. That worked for me.

You do always slow-sync? Do you think, that is safe?
