I can't find a thread with this kind of topic.
Is it possible to make a new folder? Or to menage (for ex. move) icons and folders? Something like on Symbian? Because what happens when for example i have a lot of apps: i go to "More..." and then i have a bunch off apps and i need a lot of time to find exact one. Is this bug or..? Because i don't get this logic. And kinda not expected from Nokia. They were masters of great menus.

What makes it even worse is that when any application gets updated it moves to the last place.

Maybe this should be reported as a bug?

You can add folders an rearrange the icons application launcher by editing the file /etc/xdg/menus/hildon.menu. The <Filename>'s in the Include section set the icons to display, so you can rearrange them or remove the ones you don't want. Adding more Menu sections will add folders (the one there represents the More..). Replace the OnlyUnallocated/ and All/ with a list of Filenames for the apps you want in the folder (see the files in /usr/share/applications/hildon).

Is there any magic about the ^M at the end of some of the lines? Or someone at Nokia or maemo was editing the file on a computer infected with microsoft software?

I was thinking about a "normal way" to do it, still thanks. You know, with nice GUI options. I think this should be reported as a bug because we know that it's possible but there is no setting for end user.
