Can you guys tell me, what are bad apps in N900 which can harm N900.
USSD Widget is one of them right?

personally i wouldnt call it a bad app.......

Don't go in extras devel, doint go in extras-testing

and if you do find a bug log it

Broke N900. I highly doubt it. But as noobmonkey said do not touch testing, devel repositories or download apps from webpages or from forums. Use only application manager with default repositories enabled on your N900 also Ovi store is (should be) safe. (also I do not recommend to install rootsh from extras and use x term with root user privileges if you do not know what you are doing.)

Hmmmm I see.... Bcs I don't know what app is Ussd Widget I won't install it... Bts Ussd widget known as n900 dead problem... Hmmm

I agree if there is a terminal bug it should be removed from maemo downloads - might be worth commenting on the bug or raising that as a specific issue?

Other than that - it shouldn't damage your device though!

Yess that's right... Do you know other apps which cause n900 problem?

@ Dhicky - the way Maemo's repositories are set up, apps that are really problematic rarely make it out of extras-devel. By using only the default repositories on the phone (extras and Ovi) you should have no problems.
