Isn't the hd2 running windows?

I know the x10 doesn't run the latest Android and doesn't support multitouch. How about the desire?

Nokia N900 is better Oh you mean between the other two lol well sony is not known for they updates so picking that and you thinking it took forever for the PR 1.2 than its out of the frying pan into the fire for you with that one. Now on to the htc hd2 nice phone semi powerful if you will but htc cut so many corners on hardware its not even funny. And from what I hear most apps for winmo 6.5 wont be upgradeable to win7 for lack of hardware blah blah blah. So its alot to look at when you jump ship like when I left winmo touch pro 2 for the n900 for htc short coming and hard reboots wasn't cutting it. I saw research both via google, bing or whatever search engine you use and compare specs of all three than wait a month before you make a buy so you sure you will be happy with your new or current phone. Hope this helps

lol omg your going to be very disapointed if you used your phone for anything other then calling.

orginaly i was going to to the hole htc hd2 or the n900 the fact im posting here sort of teels you which i went for.

greatest thing i think htc hd2 gives you as basic is 3g teathering accross wifi.

Since you took the same dive as me I would say do the X10. I made the jump from N900 to HD2 and I was not happy at all. x10 is the only way to go. I got the Nexus One.

Why would you go for an x10 over a Desire?

I don't own either but would like to know other opinions.

thanks for all your replies, But still cant make up my mind all the reviews i've looked at make both phones look good. For the O.S's the htc and winmo 6.5 as far as i can tell will be getting the winmo 7 upgrade, Not sure what you ment with the hardware problems as the specs speak for them selfs!, And android as far as i see it is a good, stable os but will the voice to txt be coming to the x10 and how long will i need to wait for the 2.1 update? The desire aint really my cup of tea but will keep an eye on the nexus one as i like the look and want a large screen with a decent resolution.

no one is developing wm6.X anymore, and most apps for windows mobile dont run at wgva mode... (HD2 is running on borrowed time if not dead already, although the phone itself is beautiful)
X10 is more unpolished than n900, and SE doesnt have a good reputation on keeping their devices updated (X1 and X2 anyone?)

nexus one and desire are essentially the same thing with a few minor difference
