Well, from what I understand, the configuration of the power button has changed. Did you install tweakr? If you did, stop playing with settings. If you didn't, install it and play with settings.
The app will allow you to set what happens on press, long press, double-press.
When installed, you'll find it in settings, at the bottom.

Anyone know the problem is not my Power Button.
so this way, usually right when we pressed the Power button directly out of menu options such as switching off, the secure devices, silent and so forth. well now when I pressed Power button rover was absolutely no reaction and had long pressed the new menu appears as above. continue strangely again I just realized, if the Power button is pressed long dead rover would not it, well it does not die immediately but only appeared menu.
but if the lock and just want to go to the screen is pressed once and the rover can. Anyone know not how how I'll be back to normal?

Addendum: the problem occurs when I finished playing games in the game NFSU because there is no menu out and have to press the power button
